Nick Musumeci is a New York based theatre artist. Originally from Glenolden, Pennsylvania, Nick got a love for theatre when he auditioned for his first show, Les Miserables.
From there, he started taking voice lessons and monologue coaching while looking for theatre groups outside of school for which to audition. He discovered Upper Darby Summer Stage and quickly fell in love with the program, spending his summers auditioning and performing in their children's theatre and Mainstage shows. He also was a part of their acclaimed show choir, Upper Darby Shooting Stars, which brought the magic of summer stage to the surrounding areas, year round.
After graduation, Nick headed straight for the Big Apple. He attended and graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with his B.A. in Theatre Performance and a minor in Musical Theatre! He had the honor of studying under the direction of Ryan Kasprzak, Jeff Shade, Lennie Watts, and more. Since moving to New York, Nick has also had the opportunity to perform at venues such as The York Theatre and Don't Tell Mama.
Nick recently finished up a Regional Tour of The Velveteen Rabbit with Jenny Wiley Theatre in Kentucky this past September, and will be touring around the country (and Canada!) in Curious George with Theatreworks, USA starting in January!
When not onstage, you can catch Nick enjoying French fries, binge-watching Grey's Anatomy, or selling soap at LUSH Cosmetics in Herald Square!
